Wilkinson requested amendments to the Securus Technologies contract with the Massachusetts Department of Correction for the prison inmate calling service (ICS), since Amendment #4, signed by Kerry A. Collins on February 10, 2020 as well as any other documents referencing rate changes in response to a new Federal Communication Commission interstate collect call rate cap of 14 cents that went into effect at the end of October, 2021.
