College courses and technology certifications taken by employees will be reimbursed at the Greenfield Community College rate for tuition and mandatory fees (excluding health care fees) for a three (3) credit course or the actual cost of the course or technology certification, whichever is less.

Prior approved course credits will be reimbursed at the rate paid per credit but not to exceed the Greenfield Community College rate per credit in effect September 1 of the current year. E. Course reimbursement will be effected within sixty (60) days of the date grade and course payment documentation is provided to the Superintendent of Schools. Reimbursement for courses will be made by separate check. F.
