The Basis for this charge is that since approximately 1979 the Union has been provided office space on the property of the Department of Developmental Services, specifically the Campus of the Fernald Center. In October of 2014 the Union was informed it would have to vacate the Union office that it currently maintains on the Fernald campus once the remaining residents at that location were relocated. This relocation occurred on November 13, 2014.
