Although we do not review the merits of the complaint, we remind the Board that unless an extension of time has been requested, a public body must, within 14 business days of receipt of an Open Meeting Law complaint, meet to review the Open Meeting Law complaint, send a copy of the complaint to the Attorney General'sOffice, and notify the Attorney General's Office of any remedial action taken.
