As the Union acknowledges in the Charge, this disciplinary matter was settled by agreement of the Parties, and as a result of this settlement, the bargaining unit member is no longer employed by the Town. Significantly, there is no claim by the Union that the Town has acted unilaterally by installing surveillance cameras, nor is there a claim that the Town failed to bargain with the Union concerning the installation and use of the cameras.
