VTA MARTHAS VINEYARD TRANSIT AUTHORITY Travel Reimbursement Guidelines When traveling on business or training for the VTA, you are entitled to reimbursements for eligible out-of-pocket expenses. In order to be reimbursed, you must turn in a receipt/voucher for that expense that is detailed by item a credit card summary receipt is not acceptable. If you do not provide us with an itemized receipt, we cannot reimburse you for that expense.
