SOURCE is not interested in employee names for privacy reasons. SOURCE is interested in the business name, date notified, how many employees positive. SOURCE media is requesting a waiver of all fees for these documents, as a digital news media outlet. Disclosure of the requested information to the news outlet is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government during this pandemic.    The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days.    If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing on why a time extension is being requested.
