Hi Tara - I hope you're well! This is Alison with the Milford/MetroWest Daily newspapers. I'm writing a story on water restrictions. Specifically, I'm looking for many times Ashland fined people for violating the restrictions over the past five years (from 2013 to 2018), broken down per year, and the amount fined. It doesn't look like Ashland gives warnings, but if that's happened, I'd like warnings included, as well.
