formal request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law. I wish to inspect the following,
in their native electronic format if possible. As background, please understand
that The Patriot Ledger is requesting this data from every town we cover.
1. A list of salaries (including overtime) of the town's
employees, including the schools, for the calendar year 2020, unless you keep
you records by fiscal year, in which case I'd like to request FY 2021,
including overtime pay, if possible.
If the
school salaries are just kept by the school, please let me know.
The the data is available in a native spreadsheet format, I
would be grateful if that were sent. Please call or email me with questions, or
to discuss the request.
I
formally request a fee waiver because the disclosure of these
documents is in the public interest.
I prefer to receive
further communication on this matter electronically.
I prefer to
receive records in their native
electronic format, and would be happy to provide a computer disk (CD) or USB
drive for copying.
