RE: Public Records Request Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 66, Section 10 Dear Ms. May: This letter is a formal request, pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Laws, M.G.L. c. 66, § 10 and 950 C.M.R. 32.00, for a copy of the following documents and materials in Orleans's possession, custody, or control: 1. The current contract(s) for hauling and disposal of waste and recycling products between Orleans and its third party contractor(s). We will reimburse Orleans for the reasonable costs involved in copying the material. Kindly forward the requested material to my attention at the address listed on the letterhead above within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 66, § 10 (a). Ifany documents. or materials are withheld, please provide me within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter with the list of the withheld information and the reasons why it was withheld, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 66, § 10 (b).
