I understand that you met with the BoS recently and described the proposed replacement of the office and bathroom building at Skaket Beach. If I understood correctly, the proposed cost is close to $1,000,000. Could you provide the documentation [i.e.,. plans and costs estimate or bid] to support the one million dollar cost. This is a simple building shell without heat or air conditioning. It is used for less than three months per year. Isn't the cost of a new house, which has a heating system, and fairly nice woodwork interior, stove, etc., around $200 to $300 per square foot? I would like to understand the basis for the cost since it will probably appear as an article on the ballot. All the best, Paul
