Hello, my name is Matthew Cuccias. Under the Massachusetts Public Records Act § 66-10 et seq., I am requesting the current active list of dog owners who have registered their dogs in Methuen, MA.
I am requesting in electronic copy the following information available under the Public Records Law:
(1) Name and address of the dog owner
(2) Dog Breed
(3) Dog Sub Breeds if mixed or mutt
(4) Gender of Dog
(5) Age of Dog
We approve fees to search and produce the records up to $25.00. Please inform me if the cost to obtain the records will exceed this amount.
The Massachusetts Public Records Act requires a response to requests within 10 days. I understand you do not have to respond with the requested record within this time frame, but an acknowledgement or extension can be given.

Please note that the report does not identify gender, but I have asked our dog licenses system provider to tweak our system to allow us to report out gender.
