Absent any contract, provide all requested records for any legal entity which has billed more than $1,000 during the requested period of them.
Please provide all files which are required by law to be open to public inspection, including the file required by Section 3 of Chapter 30B, whereby it is known that any "contract in the amount of $10,000 or more shall maintain a file on each such contract and shall include in such file a copy of all written documents required by this chapter. Written documents required by this chapter shall be retained by the governmental body for at least six years from the date of final payment under the contract. Except as provided by paragraph (d) of section six, the records shall be open to public inspection."
The response should be in a manner consistent with Public Records Law, consistent with Chapter 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act and any other administrative or regulatory requirements in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Please include any letter orders, audit results or reports, or advisories whether communicated by the Inspector General, State Auditor, or other government agency in relation to legal services provided to MPS.
