In the event this information is not (or has not been) publicly posted as required, please provide each and every email or similar notice, in which this information naming (or removing) any RECORDS ACCESS OFFICER, as defined by 950 CMR 32.00, was sent or received by any City of Malden employee during the calendar years 2022 and 2023. Any employee responsible for making public records available shall provide the records in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act.   Within the City of Malden, the FOIA Direct system allows for the routing of requests to the department head or individual most likely to have the records.  They are then able to respond directly with the records.
