I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that include: 911 calls, body-worn camera audio/video, radio traffic, CAD Report, and Arrest Record related to an incident in the park with Mike Saunders resident of apartment 7 that occurred on 6/29/2023. Officers arrived at approximately 8:57pm EST. Reporting parties include Pablo Rodriquez and Alex Rosen. I am also requesting the badge number, name, salary, disciplinary file of the responding officer/officers.

I have attached the call log and police reports for the incident in question. The Middlesex DA's office has been informed and any investigation going forward would come from that office. Please direct any questions there. The Officers involved in the call are listed in the police report and their salaries are available on-line at the city of Malden's website along with the salaries of all other municipal employees. All Malden police officer disciplinary files have been posted by the state of Massachusetts POST Commission as has all files of every department and officer. All info is made public and available to those sites.
