Please include appropriate accounting records (spreadsheet, text summary, pdf, reports, email etc.) at the date of that document AND separate records for updates, amendments, additions, or revisions to that unpaid balance until the time of your response to this request. This should include new expenses identified by city staff at the Finance Committee Meeting on 4/25/23, all of which is presumed readily available and in the public interest given recent administrative activities.
The response should include a clear indication of all expenses which have been paid, unpaid, removed or added to this project and which accounts / account numbers and sources of funds have been charged and subsequently depleted in payment of documented expenses.
