Please provide copies of all signed, written acknowledgements - by members of the City Council, Planning Board and Mayor's Office, which are on file as of the date of this request - signifying completion of conflict of interest law education requirements as required by the State Ethics Commission. See https://www.mass.gov/complete-conflict-of-interest-law-education-requirements “Every 2 years, all state, county, and municipal employees must complete a conflict of interest law online training program. Newly elected or appointed public employees must complete this training within 30 days of beginning public service, and every 2 years thereafter. In addition, every year all state, county, and municipal employees must be provided with the summary of the conflict of interest law. Newly elected or appointed public employees should be provided with the summary within 30 days of election or appointment, and on an annual basis thereafter. All public employees are required to sign a written acknowledgment that they have been provided with the summary.” Thank you. Please find attached documents in the city's possession answering PRR 2023-0037, The City will be having ALL employees doing the Ethics and COI requirements this year.  That should be going out soon. The only Ethics forms missing were for new employees in late 2021 and 2022 (a total of 7 were missing – 4 from the Mayor’s office and 3 from the Council).
