Please provide all records related to the "general elections" for Brazil, including all of the following: 1> Any email sent or received by any Malden City Official, including attachments, from 1/1/22 to the date of your response this this request with the words or sub-phrases of "Brazil" "Brazilian", "President", "Republic", "Consulate", "Salemwood" appearing in any subject, text, or body of email,  2> Any presentations, reports, recommendations, documents, written communications, correspondence sent or received via postal mail or any kind of currier or carrier which relate in any way to the the "general elections" for Brazil 3> Any preparedness, security, staffing schedules, shift plans, special arrangements, overtime budgets, or call chains enacted for this voting 4> Any records of financial estimates associated with expenditures or receipts for this "voting", including detailed sources and uses of any such funds 5> Any after-action type reports arising from the 10/2/22 voting in Malden 6> Any after action type reports  from prior use of the Salemwood School for similar, non-school, mass gatherings, such as the COVID test kit distribution 7> All police reports - if any - filed in relation to the nexus of voting activity took place on 10/2/22 at Salemwood School 8> Any documents indicating work or repairs done to Salemwood School in advance of, or as a result of, voting planned on 10/2/22 and 10/30/22 Thank you. 1. No work or repairs were done by the city in advance of or in preparation for the election at Salemwood School. However, it does appear that the Brazilian Consulate arranged and paid for some temporary upgrades to electrical service for the election; documents relating to these preparations will be found in the file provided in response to #1 above.
