Good morning.I am a reporter with GBH News. I have been examining how the Committee for Public Counsel Services pays private attorneys to provide legal defense for inmates.Using C-THRU, I have been able to to get yearly total payments to vendors for each year back to 2010 under the appropriation line (03211510) COMPENSATION OF PRIVATE COUNSEL, My records request is for the same information for years prior to 2010. I would like a breakout BY VENDOR of amounts paid by the state under this appropriation for each year, for the years 2006 and 2007.
