FIRST SET OF REQUESTS: The FY2007 Final State Budget provided at Line Item 4200-0500: “4200-0500 For the department of youth services’ educational system; provided that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended to address the salaries of teachers.” $3,300,00 1. Please provide me with documents that disclose how much money, if any, was spent from Line Item 4200-0500 in the FY2007 Final State Budget. 2. If funds were spent from Line Item 4200-0500 in the FY2007 Final State Budget, please provide me with document that disclose the total amount of such spending was directed to the issue of the salaries of the teachers working at DYS. SECOND SET OF REUQESTS The FY2009 Final State Budget provided, at Line Item 4200-0500: “4200-0500 For the department of youth services’ education system; provided, that not less than $3,300,000 shall be expended for the enhancement of salaries of teachers…….$3,300,000.” 1. Please provide me with documents that disclose how much money, if any, was spent from LKine Item 4200-0500 as that Line Item appeared in the FY2009 Final State Budget. 2. If funds were spent from Line Item 4200-0500 in the FY2009 Final State Budget, please provide me with document that disclose the total amount of such spending was directed to the issue of enhancing the salaries of the teachers working at DYS. THIRD SET OF REQUEST Please provide me with copies of any documents which set forth how your office satisfies itself that funds spent by a department of the Commonwealth, from a specific line item in a final state budget, have been spent for the purpose(s) set forth in that line item.
