  Is it possible to get a year-by-year breakdown of all of the different job titles a particular state employee has held and the years they held each title for years prior to 2010, ideally going back all the way to the start of their career?   CTHRU only shows info going back to 2010, but I'm looking for the job title history for Michael G. Grant from DOC (he's currently Dpty Comm Career&Prof Develop) and I believe he started with the state/DOC well before 2010.   Thanks!
