I register the following public records request:1). The "Retirement Letters" submitted to the City of Greenfield by David Rice dated May 6, 2022, and September 13, 2022. The existence of these documents was acknowledged by Mr. Rice in a Facebook posting on January 23, 2022.2). All documents in possession of the City of Greenfield regarding an employment investigation conducted by Jacob Smith on behalf of the town of Erving, likely conducted in January and February of 2021, that determined that David Rice was a racist. 3). All complaints filed with the Greenfield Police Department regarding racist activity by David Rice4). Copies of all investigations conducted by the City of Greenfield leading to the forced retirement of David Rice5). All documentation regarding all payouts of "owed time" to David Rice in regard to his forced retirement. I request the response to this request be publicly posted on the City's Transparency Website
