records for open meeting law I have copies of e-mail correspondence from the Budget Sub-Committee of the Greenfield Public School School Committee members that appear to violate the open meeting law because they address numerous topics other than agendas and minutes and they either go to all members of the sub-committee or all members of the school committee. These are from January and February of this year. I have also seen ones from last spring and summer, but I would like to know if this misconduct is still continuing in recent weeks, especially by Susan Hollins who appears to be the one initiating much of this activity. I am requesting copies of recent e-mails that appear to violate the open meeting law as determined by your school committee attorney, if possible.   I am doing so as a Greenfield citizen (73A Fairview Street, Greenfield, MA 01301), but also as one of a number of concerned citizens on the FCCPR Education Task Force that has been following this issue for an extended period of time. Our Task Force is meeting on May 7th.
