Dear custodian of records, I am requesting the following information: For everyone employed by the Framingham Police Department (FPD) during FY20, FY21, or FY22 whose total compensation exceeded $100,000, please provide that individual's name, title(s) they had during the fiscal year, the month and year during which they began employment with the FPD, their base pay as of the start and end of that year, and the total compensation that individual received during that year. Please also provide the number of hours for which that individual received overtime pay, and the total overtime pay that individual received. Additionally, for every individual employed full-time by the FPD during FY20, FY21, or FY22 who received more than $2,000 in pay from sources other than the City of Framingham for policing work, please provide: the individual's name, title(s) they had during that time, the name(s) of each entity from which they collected pay, the number of hours they provided their services to each entity, and the amount of money they collected from those entities.
If this request takes longer than two hours to fulfill, please only provide the information for FY21 and FY22.
