I am looking for an up-to-date list of your current employees, full names, date of birth, age or year of birth, hire date, e-mail address, personal/home phone number(s), address, department/position, and salary, if possible, in digital format (excel preferred). I prefer to receive these documents via e-mail at requests@academyresearchgroup.com I am ONLY seeking public information that is clearly disclosable to me and not confidential by law, or otherwise protected, and exempted from disclosure under state law. I understand there may be a cost associated with retrieving and copying these documents. Please provide me with an estimated list of fees if so and contact me if you have any questions or concerns about this request. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Attached please find the responsive documents for your request. As per previously established practice under the direction of legal counsel and the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s Division of Public Records office, identification numbers, passwords, personal home email and physical addresses, personal cell phone numbers, dates of birth, etc. have been redacted under the following exemption(s): Exemption (c) personnel and medical files or information; also any other materials or data relating to a specifically named individual, the disclosure of which may constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy G. L. c. 4, § 7(26)(c). Exemption (o) the home address, personal email address and home telephone number of an employee of the judicial branch, an unelected employee of the general court, an agency, executive office, department, board, commission, bureau, division or authority of the commonwealth, or of a political subdivision thereof or of an authority established by the general court to serve a public purpose, in the custody of a government agency which maintains records identifying persons as falling within those categories G. L. c. 4, § 7 (26)(o).
