seeking all emails sent or received (or with cc) by Mike Tusino  (on his personal email account) when a party on the email is doug.stephan@gmail.com.   Date Range 3/1/2022-3/7/2022.  There was at least one email where doug cc'ed tusino on his personal account including a city employee on the request.   The subject matter of this email is city business and all responses from said personal account - are now public matters.    All emails must be released.  We will not appeal the last response but we will appeal any further mis-steps on this matter. Good morning,  Attached, please find the records responsive to your request. They have been redacted under exemptions (c) and (o) of the MA Public Records law for the personal email of a private citizen and the personal email of an unelected City official who received a City-related email on his personal email but did not respond, thus exempting it from disclosure. Thank you.
