Seeking traffic camera video of the Waverley/Irving/Concord street intersection -all cameras - between 12:05pm and 12:25pm. DATE 3/29/2022
There was an incident where a panhandler got aggressive and the police were notified. We would like to see the actions taken by this panhandler, bother before and after the reported incident. If this call was recorded, please send the audio file. The call would have come in at 12:30pm. If there was any radio communication from dispatch after the call, please include that. If there was any interaction with the vagrant in question, please include the radio transmissions during the tarry stop.
