Summary

Seeking traffic camera video of the Waverley/Irving/Concord street intersection -all cameras - between 12:05pm and 12:25pm. There was an incident where a panhandler got aggressive and the police were notified.  We would like to see the actions taken by this panhandler, bother before and after the reported incident.  Attached is the video footage requested.
