Please limit the email search to be from 2013-2016. The Health Department has attached all the documents regarding this request. Pursuant to MGL Chapter 4 Section 7 Clause 26 (C) I have redacted the home address, city, state, zip code, email address and telephone number. The reason being is the sited statue says in part “…information, also any other materials or data relating to a specifically named individual, the disclosure of which may constitute and unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.” Those things redacted fit into this category.
