Seeking links and passwords to all the videos saved on all the city owned zoom administrator accounts at the present time for events/meetings that took place between 9/1/2021 and 10/19/2021 .
Seeking the zoom link and password, not a download or a youtube.
We are not seeking the zoom accounts for the school departments or public safety if they maintain their own administrator account.
Attached is the report available from Zoom with all meetings stored for the requested time frame.
Per our Zoom administrator, there is no report that exists that contains all of the information you are requesting. Also, the storage fills up so the cloud recordings are deleted once they have been posted elsewhere (Framingham YouTube channel, framinghamtv.com, meeting portal).
Additionally, passwords for Zoom meetings are exempt from disclosure as they are often re-used by staff and the Zoom administrator for meetings that are not open to the public:
Exemption (b) related solely to internal personnel rules and practices of the government unit, provided however, that such records shall be withheld only to the extent that proper performance of necessary governmental functions requires such withholding
