There are six hundred and ninety-six (696) emails/email-chains responsive to this request. Four hundred and eighty-two (482) of them have been repeatedly requested, previously provided, and are readily available attached to the following five (5) Public Records Requests: 2020-1837, 2020-1849, 2021-0030, 2021-1293, and 2021-1638.
Two hundred and fourteen (214) responsive emails/email-chains are unique to this request. Several of the attached have been redacted under the following:
Exemption (b) related solely to internal personnel rules and practices of the government unit, provided however, that such records shall be withheld only to the extent that proper performance of necessary governmental functions requires such withholding G. L. c. 4, § 7(26)(b).
For containing: Access and PassCodes, Account and Identification numbers, the proper performance of necessary City functions would be inhibited by disclosure.

L. c. 4, § 7 (26)(o).
Exemption (p) the name, home address, personal email address and home telephone number of a family member of a commonwealth employee, contained in a record in the custody of a government agency which maintains records identifying persons as falling within the categories listed in subclause (o) G. L. c. 4, § 7 (26)(p).

Exemption (d) – The Deliberative Process Exemption inter-agency or intra-agency memoranda or letters relating to policy positions being developed by the agency; but this subclause shall not apply to reasonably completed factual studies or reports on which the development of such policy positions has been or may be based G. L. c. 4, § 7(26)(d).
For containing: Drafts
The exemption is intended to avoid release of materials that could taint the deliberative process if prematurely disclosed such as recommendations on legal and policy matters found within an ongoing deliberative process and to protect materials reflecting deliberative or decision-making processes.
