SOURCE media is requesting the number of calls Framingham Police received for noise issues in 2018, 2019, & 2020,  SOURCE media would also like the numbers of noise complaint calls for 2021 through September 1. You can exclude fireworks from the noise calls.   SOURCE is requesting the numbers of $100 and $300 fines issued in 2020 AND the number of fines issued in 2021 through September 1, 2021 Also I don't need the names of whom the fines were issued to but SOURCE is requesting the street address of where the fines were issued.  The news media outlet is interested to see if more fines happened in some City Districts as opposed to other City Districts.   How do police officers determine when a fine is issued and when a fine is not issued? The City Clerk does not have any records pertaining to this request. The Framingham Police Department has not issued any fines pertaining to this request. How do police officers determine when a fine is issued and when a fine is not issued? We are guided by the City Nuisance Noise Ordinance and applicable MA General Laws. How does a police officer determine the noise is worthy of a fine?
