Under the Massachusetts Public Records Act, SOURCE media is seeking copies of all health inspection reports for any issue between July 5 and July 10, 2021 As a representative of the news media, SOURCE requests a waiver of all fees for this request.  Disclosure of the requested information to the news outlet is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government. The Public Records Law requires you to provide the news outlet with a written response within 10 business days.  If you cannot comply with the FOIA request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation with details on why the City of Framingham needs more than 10 business days to provide documents that are readily available. The Health Department has attached all the documents regarding this request.
