Summary
Seeking invoices or receipts for any face masks, gaiters, or any PPE's when the purchase was for branded, custom printed, or imprinted products.   We are seeking all invoices across all departments, police, and school departments from 3/1/2020 through the present.  We are already aware of inspectional services, police, and the health department wastefully spending monies in its possession on these types of purchases.  We are seeking those invoices/receipts among documentation from any other departments.  The New FU Spotlight Team See our new site at FUnfiltered.com The City Council Office, nor the City Councilors, purchased any masked. The Assessor's Department did not purchased any masks. The Conservation Department did not purchase any masks. The Division of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs has completed the request.    The Purchasing department did not purchase any masks Please see attached for Framingham Police Department Response.  Technology Services did not purchase any customized masks or PPE. The Treasurer's Office has no responsive documents for this request. No customized PPE was purchased. Economic Development/Planning & Community Development Division including Planning Board Department did not purchase any customized masks, gaiters or any PPE's. The Fire Department purchased 800 masks during the Pandemic for its 150+ personnel from a Framingham business using donated funds, for use by Fire Department personnel while on-duty.  The vendor has indicated that mask pricing was the same with or without the "Framingham Fire" imprint.  The requested records are attached/linked. Office of the Mayor did not purchase any customized masks, gaiters or PPE's. The Human Resources Department is not in possession of any documents responsive to this request. No custom PPE was purchased by the Department. The Licensing Department is not in possession of any documents responsive to this request. No branded, custom printed, or imprinted PPE products were purchased by this department. The Capital Projects & Facilities Management Department has attached the responsive records for this request.  The Health Department has added all the documents for this request. Library didn't order any custom printed masks, only generic ones
