Under the Massachusetts Public Records Act, SOURCE media is seeking a copy of the signed contract with OpenGOV. The contract was executed in 2020. SOURCE media is also seeking the last signed contract with cleargov. As a representative of the news media, SOURCE requests a waiver of all fees for this request.  Disclosure of the requested information to the news outlet is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation with details on why the City of Framingham needs more than 10 business days to provide a document that is readily available. As the document is readily available it should be provided to the city in less than 10 business days, taking the full 10 business days could be seen as a delay tactic, and not in the spirit of the state's public records law. Contract is attached.
