Summary

The current social media policy for the city of Framingham states:  If an account or comment is subject to removal based on this infringement of policy, a screenshot of the original comment must be taken and forwarded to the Public Information Officer, dated with written explanation for the comment’s deletion. The Public Information Officer will maintain a record of such deletions. On the School's facebook page we found comments deleted with the following replacement message.  We would like to acquire the deleted messages.  If they need to be redacted, please do so.  We are interested in any deletions of comments from the Framingham Public Schools Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/framinghamps/), on posts or on videos from the School Committee Meetings on facebook.    The Date range we are seeking  is 12/1/2020-1/28/2021.  We are seeking the screenshots of the deleted posts, the attached date, and the written reason for the deletion.    Please see the attached document.
