Summary: We are seeking any emails sent between (sent by and received by) any member of the Health Department which contain the word "YMCA" in the body. Date range to search 12/10/2020-1/17/2021. This response is for both Public Records Request 2021-0150 & 2021-0151 (as they are nearly identical and overlapping). There are 63 responsive records to this request. Four (4) records are being withheld from the above referenced 18 responses, pursuant to either exemption (c) and/or exemption (o) as they contain both personnel and/or medical information, as well as other data relating to a specifically named individual, the disclosure of which may constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy and are exempt from disclosure. G. L. c. 4, § 7(26)(c) and (o). The Health Department has attached all the documents regarding this request. Pursuant to MGL Chapter 4 Section 7 Clause 26 (C) I have redacted the applicants home address, city, state, zip code, email address and telephone number. The reason being is the sited statue says in part “…information, also any other materials or data relating to a specifically named individual, the disclosure of which may constitute and unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.” Those things redacted fit into this category.
