Under the Freedom of Information Act, SOURCE media is seeking a copy of Mayor Yvonne Spicer presentation to the  Center for Sustainable Development in 2018. Mayor Spicer travelled to Austin Texas in December 2018 and made a presentation along with seven other Mayors to discuss the most pressing design and development challenges facing Framingham. As a representative of the news media, SOURCE requests a waiver of all fees for this request.  Disclosure of the requested information to the news outlet is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government during this pandemic.  The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days.  If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing. 1 pdf attached.
