Summary

Under the freedom of information act, Framingham Unfiltered is seeking all text messages sent or received between December 29th, 2020 and January 2nd, 2021 (inclusive of end dates), on the city paid cell phone of Yvonne Spicer.  In all cases, please redact any protected health information.  We are specifically looking for: 1) Messages with Sam Wong. 2) Messages with Alexandra Depalo 3) Messages with Alaa Abusalah 4) Messages with Kelly McFalls 5) Messages with Allyssa Jewell 6) Messages with anyone who is not a city employee, where the words "sam" and/or "wong" and/or "wrong" appear.  In all cases above, IF any relevant messages exist between the mayor and a person(s) listed above, please include all messages between the mayor and that person(s) during the time period in question.   Any messages which fall outside the scope of numbers 1-6 above, can be excluded from the response.
