Summary

Under the Freedom of Information Act, Source media requests a list of all new hires since the FY began on July 1 through December 31,2020. The news media outlet, seeks the name of the individual hired, what community they reside in, their position & department, their starting salary, sex and race/ethnicity. As a representative of the news media, SOURCE requests a waiver of all fees for this request.  Disclosure of the requested information to the news outlet is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government during this pandemic.  The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days.  If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing. Please see the attached document.
