Summary

All text messages on any phone whose monthly bill is paid for or reimbursed for by the city on Blake Lukis's cell phone between 5am on 12/28/2020 and 12pm on 12/28/2020.   Text messages not sent to a employee of the city can be excluded.   We are seeking the text messages sent to and from city employees and city contractors if any, on Blake Lukis's phone during time period above. We are investigating disparities between how south side residents and how north side residents are treated in an emergency.  We have reports of water being shut off with ZERO communication to the south side residents.   OUR article is coming together and is DAMNING.  You have the opportunity to still fix this.    Unsure you have the capability to do so.  The attached photo shows the only text messages to City personnel I have had in the past 2 days, Per Blake Lukis.
