Summary

There was an obvious disinterest in the proceedings witnessed in the School Committee meeting of 12/16/2020.  In one moment, it was suggested that you had a device in your hand.  There was an call by several persons both publicly to the source and privately to us for a FOIA of your texts again.  We highly doubt you would make that mistake again.... or would you. As such we are seeking all incoming and outgoing texts to anyone on the mayor's cell phone, or other device, for which the city paid for and/or maintains service on, OR on which the mayor conducts city business on, between the hours of 7pm and 11pm on 12/16/2020.   Attached are the two texts that fulfill this records request.
