We are seeking all emails that include thatcher kezer or yvonne spicer as a sender or recipient, which contain the terms "CP Yard" OR "Adesa" OR "CSX" OR "480 Hollis" OR "Framingham Yard" OR "146-81-2853-000".  Date Range 1/1/2020 to 10/15/2020 Please include emails that contain other persons, please include all attached files.   We are specifically seeking info on the offer made by city to CSX to purchase the old CP yard.   If that offer has been made in writing, we would like to have it, or a redacted copy of it.  Personal note- we support this acquisition.  We also suggest that you attempt to acquire the old hess station on hollis.   It would buy you a lot of brownie points with us.  146-81-2853-000 The City is withholding certain email communications with the City Solicitor’s Office which are otherwise responsive to your request under the common law attorney-client privileged recognized in Suffolk Construction v. DCAM, 449 Mass. 444 (2007), which were made in confidence between the City and its counsel for the purposes of seeking/giving legal advice. Information covered by MGL-Public Records Law exemption C has been redacted.
