Framingham Health Director Sam Wong said during a zoom meeting (that was recorded) police have been responding to complaints of large gatherings. He said they disperse the crowd and then "provide written report to health department" and follow up with citation if needed SOURCE media is requesting copes of each written report since August 1 that the police have provided to the Health Department. SOURCE media is request a copy of each citation that was issued due to COVID 19 by the Police department or the Health Department since August 1 Police- see attached for list and reports. Health Department - please see citation issued.
