Summary

Requesting any emails to and from the Mayor and/or Sam Wong that mention "Stop the Spread" and/or free testing site for COVID-19 Framingham.   Sam had mentioned to me that he was disappointed that the City was not included when it expanded to 16 communities. He said he had been emailing and contacting the state to get Framingham into the program since March. Seeking any emails Sam Wong sent or received between March 20 and August 15 that mention Stop the Spread and of a free testing site for the City of Framingham to any individual including the state Seeking any emails the Mayor or her office sent or received between April 1 and August 15 that mention Stop the Spread or a free testing site for the City of Framingham to any individual including the state. I believe there are emails missing from my request - Request# 2020-0958. Perhaps you narrowed the scope of that request so now expanding that scope. Please see attached.  Not all contact with the state were via emails.  Many of the testing site requests to the state in March/April/May were done during Zoom calls and phone calls.
