Summary

We would like a blank copy of the application used for restaurants to open up with outdoor dining.  This would be the application that were first reviewed on June 8th in the commission meeting. We would also like copies of the 11 applications reviewed that night (6/8).   If samba steak and sushi has submitted one, we would like that one too.  Mr. Wood; The application was created online so I cannot provide a copy of a blank application. It was created online.  If you would like to see the questions, the application can be viewed on the City's web site by following this link: https://www.framinghamma.gov/FormCenter/Licensing-Forms-24/Application-Temporary-Restaurant-Outdoor-78 . We made some improvements to the wording since that meeting.  See link to dropbox folders that contains applications reviewed by the Board on June 8.
