Official records of disciplinary action against a police officer are exempt from disclosure under the personnel file exemption in Massachusetts General Law c. 4, § 7(26)(c). Chief of Police of Worcester That said: 1)we are asking for documentation of any complaints against animal control officer Katherine MacKenzie, the complaint and any action taken on complaint, redacted if required.  2)We are looking for any internal affairs investigations of Katherine MacKenzie as well. 3) We are looking for Katherine MacKenzie's official job description 4) We are documentation any stipends attached to Katherine Mackenzie's regular paycheck, if they exist. 5) We are looking for any annual performance review for Katherine MacKenzie between 2018-2020 (present) 6) we are seeking any emails sent or received by Katherine Mackenzie and any of her supervisors between during the month of May. There are No documented complaints against animal control Officer MacKenzie  There are no complaints against ACO MacKenzie, including IA investigations See Attached Job Description There are no stipends Performance Reviews: The Framingham Police Department must deny your request under the exemption ( c ):  The material in question is a part of personnel and medical files or information; also any other materials or data relating to a specifically named individual, the disclosure of which may constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy 71  and not subject to release at this time. You have a right to appeal this decision, pursuant to 950 CMR 32.08(2), to: Supervisor of Public Records Office of the State Secretary, One Ashburton Place, Room 1719 Boston, Massachusetts 02108   Any appeal must be made in writing within 90 days of this denial, and shall include a copy of your written request and a copy of this letter. The Supervisor shall accept an appeal only from a person who had made his or her public record request in writing. If you require further information regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. 71 G.L. c. 4, § 7(26)(c). (6)  There are no emails for ACO  MacKenzie for the month of May  .
