With the denial of our more "kind" FOIA request... We now are making a very specific request. We are requesting all emails sent to, or sent by Chief Steven Trask, which contain any of the text strings in the message body or subject. "from home", "remote work", "home based" between the dates of March 15th and May 1, 2020. We are also looking for any emailed requests to work from home by any officer written to any superior officer. May 12, 2020 Mr. Frank Wood Re: Public Records Request No. 2020-0518   Mr. Wood:                   Enclosed herewith, please find the non-exempt records responsive to the above-referenced public records request. Please note that the City withheld records which are exempt from production pursuant to G.L. c. 4, § 7, cl. 26th(c), which expressly excludes personnel and/or medical information from the definition of “public record.”                 Please note that if you believe that you were denied records that you were legally entitled to receive, you have the right to seek redress through the administrative process provided by the Supervisor of Public Records as well as by instituting a civil action in the superior court pursuant to G.L. c. 66, § l0A.    In regards to the Supervisors we have checked with shift commanders regarding any emails from officers requesting to work from home, no emails were sent.
