Two things desired here: 1) Please provide a list of domains which on the city wifi systems blocks and/or redirects away from the desired page.  Please send the list current as of April 1, 2020.  If the list happens to have the rationale for all these blocked domains, please include that.    For example if someone was logged in to the City Wifi typed in "JohnStefanini.org" and was redirected to a block screen or any other page that IS NOT the site of "JohnStefanini.org", we would want that domain on the list. 2) Please also include any emails between sent by any city employee that includes the term "framinghamforward.com" in the body, or as part of a link in the body.  The date range for these emails should be between November 1, 2019 and April 2, 2020.  Please exclude any email sent to attorney, or with an attorney cc'ed. There are 3 domains that the City actively blocks: Ask.com candycrush.king.com Candycrushsaga.com After performing an email search based on the criteria in your request, there is one responsive email and it is attached.
