Employees are supposed to have an application to be absent from work and then submit their expense report to you. I have attached a copy of the absence form, or one similar to what you may presently be using. I am looking any absence forms filed by Jennifer Pratt, Thatcher Kezer, Michael Tusino, and Mary Ellen Kelley for the month of January and February 2020.
We are looking for any expense reports filed by those persons over the two months of January and February 2020.
We are also looking for any expense reports filed by Yvonne Spicer for the months of January and February 2020.
